How to Use the Intercom Feature


Option 1

If you have buttons with names:


  1. Press the button of the person you would like to speak with and the phone will ring or go into speaker mode


Option 2

If you do NOT have a button with the name on it and you know the Extension number


  1. Press “ Intercom” Key
  2. Dial the Extension number of the person you would like to speak with and the phone will ring or go into speaker mode


Option 3

If you do NOT have a button with the name on it:

  1. Press the right arrow key until it says “Extension Directory”
  2. Press the down arrow key until it says the name you would like to call
  3. Lift the handset and it will automatically call them
