You can create a SYSTEM speed dial directory that all the office can access.


TO PROGRAM A SYSTEM SPEED DIAL NUMBER

  1. Press PROG (Program) found under your display, then * * 1234
  2. Press  001, then press the “ENTER” button found under your display
  3. Enter your first location #. Example 001
  4. Enter 9, and then your telephone number, and then press the AUTO DIAL/STORE button found below the Navigation Wheel to save. You can also press the ENTER button found in the centre of the Navigation Wheel.
  5. Press the Navigation Wheel button up or down to carry on to the next entry and repeat step 4. OR, lift and hang up the handset to exit.  

 

TO PROGRAM A SYSTEM SPEED DIAL NAME

  1. Press PROG (Program) found under your display, then * * 1234
  2. Press  002, then press the “ENTER” button found under your display
  3. Enter your first location #. Example 001
  4. Enter the letters of the name of the speed dial. Press the -> button found under the display to move from letter to letter.  Then press the AUTO DIAL/STORE button found below the Navigation Wheel to save. You can also press the ENTER button found in the center of the Navigation Wheel. (Note: For example, if you need to enter the letter C, press the "2" three times, and so on)
  5. Press the Navigation Wheel button up or down to carry on to the next entry and repeat step 4. OR, lift and hang up the handset to exit.  

 

TO USE A SYSTEM SPEED DIAL

  1. Press the line button that you want to use to call out
  2. Press the Auto Dial/Store button, and the speed dial location code.

 

TO CHANGE A SYSTEM SPEED DIAL NUMBER

  1. Press PROG (Program) found under your display, then * * 1234
  2. Press  001, then press the “ENTER” button found under your display
  3. Enter your speed dial location #. Example 001
  4. Wait for a few seconds, then press CLEAR to remove the telephone number. If you just want to change one digit, press the Navigation Wheel right or left depending on the digits you want to change.
  5. Enter 9, and then your telephone number, and then press the AUTO DIAL/STORE button found below the Navigation Wheel to save. You can also press the ENTER button found in the centre of the Navigation Wheel.
  6. Press the Navigation Wheel button up or down to carry on to the next entry and repeat step 4. OR, lift and hang up the handset to exit.
